A DISTINCTIVE PLATFORM FOR CONTEMPORARY ART
Founded in 2018, Galerie Sept is an internationally engaged contemporary art gallery with spaces in Brussels and Knokke, presenting a program rooted in abstraction, material experimentation, and conceptual depth. In Brussels, in the Sablon district, the gallery is known for contemporary abstraction that challenges form, texture, and perception. In Knokke, two exhibition rooms expand the program: one dedicated to abstraction, the other to contemporary figurative art.
A defining moment in the gallery’s history was the discovery of an artist whose hanji and ink works bridge abstraction and Korean tradition, leading to sold-out art fair presentations, institutional acquisitions, and a growing international collector base. Artist-driven and strategically curated, the program focuses on long-term collaborations, market development, and relationships with collectors, institutions, and curators, supported by digital visibility through platforms such as Artnet alongside in-person exhibitions.
